Recently, i bought an oven heehee. I'm so happy cause it has always been my dream to have an oven to bake cakes, cookies blah blah blah. Since young, i have always like the idea of having a cottage house with a big kitchen with lots of cooking equipments and stuffs. And everyday at tea time, my kitchen will be busy with me baking and my neighbours will be able to smell the aroma of my creations :) At first wanted to get the Baby Belling brand oven but it cost almost $500. True its good and the things that it bake out will taste nice but its a bit too ex. So in the end i settled for a $100 plus oven. But it's still not bad at least it can bake out something too haha. Baby Belling oven will be my grown up oven :P

Tried my hands on baking some premix oatmeal flour. Erm...still can la but first try mah. The base of the cookie became burnt. And the cookie abit soft. Erm should a cookie be soft or hard as in crunchy??? I have followed the instruction and put it at a right heat but why still burnt le. I need to find out about it.

P/S : Anyone who have baking experiences can tell me or give my some tips heehee. :P Thanks

Life appear so precious to me these days. It's something that we cannot take it lightly about. There's no knowing when our precious life will be taken away from us. Feeling so strongly about life, cause recently people around me have been sick, staying in hospital and dying suddenly. One min the person may be fine and talking you and the next min you may be finding him dead.
Recently. saw a pigeon been attacked by a cat and it's hurt till it cannot fly.And the cat that attacked it is waiting for him to die before he can eat it. No matter whether we are human or animals anything can easily damage our precious life.
Life is something that everyone of us have to treasure and be grateful to have it. It's not something that we can take granted for and waste it. Gonna learn to treasure and spend quality time with all my friends and family members and do things that i wanna do. I don't want to waste these precious times on things that are unreasonable and stupid cause LIFE IS JUST SIMPLY TOO SHORT TO SPEND IT LIKE THAT!!!!!!!

P/s: Pals please treasure your family members and friends. It's fate that allow you all to meet and be together.
